To Reserve: An advance deposit of one night or one-half of your stay is required to reserve a room.  We are not able to hold or “block” rooms, without a paid deposit. Rates are per night, double occupancy, maximum two guests per room, and include breakfast and private bath, ensuite.  Smoking is not permitted at Royal Oak House.  We regret we cannot be responsible for guests’ valuables nor accommodate children or pets.  At the inn’s discretion, a two-night minimum and higher rates may apply on certain holiday or special event weekends.

Check-out: 11am
(except by prior arrangement, please)

To Cancel: An advance deposit will be refunded if we are notified at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.*  For cancellation inside 14 days, or for stays shortened before or after your arrival, the full cost of your stay will be charged, unless the inn can re-book your room for the cancelled nights.

*Cancellation of a room reservation at any time will incur a $25 service fee per room cancelled.
