Elm

	Elm's Private Bath At the front of the house, this airy, light-filled blue bedroom has our family antique iron double bed, as well as a desk and braided rugs. The large private bath is en suite, in a converted sitting room. Elm rates  (includes tax)       Friday–Saturday   $215  Sunday–Thursday   $165
Linden
	A four-poster queen bed complements the period furnishings. There are also three six-foot-high windows and a settee in this extra-spacious room. Private bath. Linden rates (includes tax)   Friday–Saturday   $249  Sunday–Thursday   $195

Our guest rooms are centrally air-conditioned. In colder months, rooms are heated by gentle hot water radiators. Windows open. Rooms have spotless, modern baths, ensuite.  We clean with hypoallergenic products, use no aerosols, and have no wall-to-wall carpeting.
